Ok. So, this is the blog I have set up to keep you all informed about how things are going in London. I will do my best to keep it updated. I also have Skype on my computer so if you have that you should "Skype" me!!
So, where's the Visa?? I don't know. I was all set to leave this Wednesday, Sept 3. I was going to fly to Chicago and spend the night there and fly to London out of O'Hare on Thursday, Sept 4th at 8:25 pm. But, I got an email from Dane Butler, the person in charge of the Interns at Holy Trinity Brompton, saying that they haven't received the TWES Work Permits (work Visa) for some of us yet. So, they can't book the flights until they receive the permits. So, I'm waiting...... No, it isn't ideal and I would much rather have everything in place to go, but I trust that it will all work out. Even if I have to arrive later than I wanted to. As my sister keeps reminding me, "Has anybody died?" No. "Then quit worrying about it. You have no control over it." Thank you, Carrie (Larry).
So, if you are a praying person, please pray for a speedy arrival of my work permit. Otherwise just send me as much positive energy as you have to spare!!

Oh Sarah Beara...i miss you already...i am looking forward to hearing all about your amazing trip and i look forward to coming and visiting you when you get back...college is going pretty good...im still getting used to being on my own and not procrastinating about things...but ill get the hang of it dont worry...unfortionatly i havent found mister right yet so dont worry...no need to kick me in the butt...but i am making lots of friends and working hard at my studies...be safe and keep your head up...im sure you will get to london very soon...be good and smile for me...i love you...Mandy a.k.a stinker butt hahaha

Hi Sarah! Sorry to hear about your work visa, that would drive me crazy, but your sister is right no sense in worrying. Captain Dennis made me 2 outstanding music CDs, well worth the wait. All is well with me, the kids are back in school and I have my days all to myself. Working on renewing my flight instructor ratings by adding a new one. Also, my brother is getting married up on Mackinac Island at the Grand Hotel in a month that should be big fun. Decided not to move to Dallas (long story) looks like I'll be moving to Chicago sometime in the future. Well, thanks for sending me your link...I can't wait to start living vicariously through your adventure!!

Sarah, you're killin me! You must've prayed for patience! NEVER pray for patience! He'll answer that prayer every time and you will learn how to wait! Drives me nuts when He does that to me, especially when he keeps giving re-do's! I get those a lot.
Hang in there...you know the delay is probably for a good reason. It will all be worth the wait!
